The Board of Directors at Daulat Properties Ltd. is composed of experienced professionals dedicated to driving the company’s vision and growth. With a diverse range of expertise in real estate, finance, and management, our board ensures strong governance and strategic direction, fostering long-term success for the company and its stakeholders.
Hazi Md. Zakir Hossain is the chairman of this company. He carries a religious and crystal personality in his life. He lived in Libya before involving to the company. His entrepreneurial aptitude fostered by vision, honesty, commitment, excellent customer service & ethical business practice, earned him reputation & credibility within a considerable short tenure. Hazi Zakir Hossain is not only a major industrialist of the country, but also a concerned and generous human being in our community through various social welfare and social awareness programs. He has always been by the side of the destitute and helpless people during any climatic hazards, providing relief to poor people and distributing cloths during severe winters and floods. He is a happy man with his wife and two daughters and single son in his personal life.
Hazi Md. Zakir Hossain

Engr. Md Zahangir Alam is the Managing Director of this company. He is a civil Engineer and born at Manikgonj in 2nd March 1982. He is a very dynamic and hard-working man in his particular job. Mr. Alam has been discharging his responsibilities as MD from the beginning of the company. He is one of the well-known professionals in Real Estate Sector in Bangladesh who bags a vast experience. Since he joined the “Daulat” Family, Mr. Zahangir has been successfully expediting and streamlining the activities of all the Departments of the Company and has made remarkable contribution in promoting the business and exploring new ventures. His father was government personnel in Water Development Board and mother was a famous teacher. He is a happy man with his wife and two son and single daughter in his personal life.
